Keystone Ave. Construction of exterior renovations are now complete throughout the 14,829 SF shopping center, including new façade, storefronts, awnings, paint, LED decorative lighting, parking lot, dumpster enclosure and landscaping! Positioned at the stop light entrance to Wal-Mart Supercenter on the north side of Indy, there is one remaining vacancy of 4,660 SF (divisible) which features a raised façade with outstanding visibility to +/- 40K cars per day on Keystone Ave.
