Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented the developer on a build to suit lease transaction with Starbucks at 1605 N. Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL. Positioned on 0.63 acres just north of the Interstate 74 interchange, the 934 SF “Drive Thru Only” building (no interior seating) will feature a large outdoor seating patio, vehicular Drive Thru window and a separate pedestrian Walk-Up window. The project is scheduled to be complete in Fall of 2020.
