Veritas Realty represents Landlord in lease with Chick-fil-A in downtown Indianapolis

Andrew Demaree of Veritas Realty represented the landlord in a lease transaction with Chick-fil-A for 6,628 SF on two floors of the building at 10 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The space was previously occupied by Jos A Bank; Chick-fil-A will utilize the ground-floor for kitchen and dining area and the cellar space will contain a second kitchen as well as office and storage space.
