Athletico signs new leases in Kokomo, Noblesville and Seymour

Craig Ramsay of Veritas Realty represented Athletico in lease transactions for 4,406 SF in Kokomo, 2,030 SF in Noblesville, and 2,672 SF in Seymour.



Veritas Realty announces 2019 brokerage transaction totals

In 2019, Veritas Realty completed $147,035,098 worth of lease and sale transactions (196 total transactions), including 170 new lease transactions equal to 1,003,935 square feet (not including renewals). In addition, Veritas completed 26 sale transactions of outlots, large retail land parcels, vacant retail boxes, and income producing single and multi-tenant tenant retail buildings and shopping centers.

Seth Biggerstaff and Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented the developer in leases with Verizon (1,880 SF) and Great Clips (1,200 SF) within McCordsville Marketplace, located at 6765 W Broadway Street, McCordsville, IN. Construction of the Meijer anchored outlot development commenced in January 2020, availability consists of 1,200 – 5,600 SF end cap / drive-thru, completion is scheduled for Summer / Fall 2020.
