Amy Tharp and Andrew Demaree of Veritas Realty represented the buyer / developer in the acquisition of 0.93 acres at 8855 S. Emerson Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46237. In addition, Amy and Andrew represented the developer in leases with Starbucks (2,448 SF), AT&T (2,000 SF) and Great Clips (1,200 SF), the property is now fully occupied! Construction is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2020.
