Veritas Realty announces Third Quarter transaction totals

In the 3rd Q of 2017, Veritas Realty completed 39 lease and sale transactions of new retail, restaurant and medical located within outlots, free standing buildings, large retail land parcels, mixed-use buildings, and income producing shopping centers.  Through the first 3 quarters of 2017, Veritas has completed 120 lease and sale transactions of 455,732 SF, worth in excess of $91m of value.



Veritas Realty represented the seller(s) in individual sale of eight (8) former bank properties

Seth Biggerstaff and Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented DBCHASE in the sale of the following properties: 4,866 SF on 1.25 acres at 2015 E 38th St, Indianapolis, IN; 1,848 SF on 0.388 acres at 150 W Indiana Ave, Chesterton, IN; 2,442 SF on 1.81 acres at 3030 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN; 460 SF on 0.69 acres at 920 Market St, Charlestown, IN; 500 SF on 1 acre at 601 Wall Street, Indianapolis, IN; 450 SF on 0.38 acre at 6230 N College Ave, Indianapolis, IN; 1,118 SF at 106 W Jefferson St, Valparaiso, IN; and 3,528 SF on 0.81 acre at 2369 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN.

Viet Hua signs lease for 26,500 SF at Creston Village in Indianapolis, IN

Paul Rogozinski and Seth Biggerstaff of Veritas Realty represented the landlord in a lease with Viet Hua for 26,500 SF in Creston Village at 8031 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN. The vacant box was previously occupied by Marsh Supermarkets.



16-Bit Bar+Arcade signs lease for 6,890 SF at Pulliam Square in downtown Indianapolis, IN
