In the 3^rd Q of 2017, Veritas Realty completed 39 lease and sale transactions of new retail, restaurant and medical located within outlots, free standing buildings, large retail land parcels, mixed-use buildings, and income producing shopping centers.  Through the first 3 quarters of 2017, Veritas has completed 120 lease and sale transactions of 455,732 SF, worth in excess of $91m of value.
