William T. Stoops, III

William T. Stoops, III, Managing Principal and Co-Founder, brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail development, asset management, and property management. Bill is a Partner and Co-Founder of Glendale Partners, Inc., an Indianapolis-based retail development company, Co-Founder of Integrity Development Partners, and Co-Founder of Veritas Realty.  Since 1989, Bill and his partnerships have successfully developed seventy (70) real estate projects throughout the country including retail centers, multi-family housing, and self-storage facilities with an aggregate value of over $375,000,000. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the property management company, manages interim and permanent financing for existing assets and new developments, and oversees pre-development and construction activities for development projects.

Also, Bill is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana, and he is an active member of ICSC, Park-Tudor Alumni Association, Crooked Stick Golf Club, The Hundred Club, and Urban Land Institute.
