Seth Biggerstaff

Seth Biggerstaff, Principal, is a retail leasing and tenant representation broker with Veritas Realty, specializing in retail site selection, landlord leasing, and sale transactions across the Indianapolis MSA and the state of Indiana, with a focus on shopping centers, freestanding retail, outparcels, and value-add, redevelopment-oriented assignments.

His work includes advising institutional and private ownership groups, with representative experience spanning clients such as Realty Income, Kimco Realty, Bond Street REIT, Last Mile Investments, and Nassimi Realty, along with retail, restaurant, medical, and service brands including TJX Companies, Swig, Hy-Vee, Dollar General, Freddy’s Steakburgers, Xfinity, Eyemart Express, Crumbl Cookies, IVX Health, Pet Supplies Plus, and Landry’s Restaurant Group.

Seth has been involved in 500+ retail lease and sale transactions across 10+ states, representing more than $350 million in aggregate transaction value. He is a multi-year recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing consistent transaction activity and market impact.

Prior to joining Veritas Realty, Seth worked for Sandor Development Company in its Leasing Department, where he assisted senior leasing representatives with the leasing and management of shopping centers.

Seth earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he remains active with students through the Real Estate Club and Real Estate Workshop. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serves as co-leader of the Landlord Council for ChainLinks Retail Advisors, and is a committee member of the Indiana University Real Estate Alumni Network.
