
John H. Holloway, Vice President, began his commercial real estate career in 2007 specializing from the start in Retail real estate. His focus and expertise are in both the leasing and sale of existing shopping centers along with new construction development projects throughout the state of Indiana. He has counseled & brokered numerous deals with Landlord clients including Core Acquisitions, Coastal Equities, Kohl’s, Rural King, Creekstone Investments, Quattro Development – along with other local, regional and international owners.
John started his retail real estate career at Sandor Development & Sand Capital as a Leasing Manager where his primary role was leasing shopping centers throughout the company’s Midwest portfolio. Additionally, John was involved in new acquisitions where he gained valuable experience regarding the due diligence and entitlement process related to acquiring and repositioning distressed retail assets.
Prior to Veritas, John was the Director of Real Estate at The Cellular Connection (TCC) (2011 – 2018), the nation’s largest Verizon dealer, where he was actively involved in new market strategy and the entirety of the real estate process that supported the organic growth of TCC’s store portfolio in the Midwest & Northeast. Through his time at TCC, John was an integral part of the successful growth of their retail footprint of 1,200+ stores nationwide.
John is a life-long Indiana resident, he graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a double-major in Real Estate Finance & Entrepreneurship. He is the co-founder and President of the IU Real Estate Alumni Network, whose mission is to mentor current real estate students attending IU and IUPUI.
