Shannon Hunt

Shannon Hunt, Senior Leasing and Sales Associate, specializes in Tenant representation for retailers, restaurants, healthcare services, and Landlord leasing for third-party owners throughout Indiana.  At Veritas Realty, Shannon utilizes her extensive retail brokerage experience to provide invaluable real estate services to her clients, including her strength in providing site selection strategy for initial market-entry and store rollouts, diligently pursuing appropriate site selection, identifying unique relocation opportunities, and being proactive in transaction negotiations on behalf of her clients.  Additionally, Shannon consistently utilizes her unrelenting work ethic and extensive market knowledge to exceed her clients’ expectations and provide solution-based results.

Shannon represents numerous national and regional retailers and restaurants including Athletico, Starbucks, Lands’ End, KFC, JD Sports, The Joint, Big Red Liquors, Finney Hospitality, Knockouts, Jeni’s, Gerber Repair & Collision, Greenleaf Juicing Company, Buddy’s Pizza, and College Nannies Sitters and Tutors. Additionally, Shannon has represented developers such as Access Commercial, Anchor Properties, K2, and several Landlords throughout the state consistently providing focused real estate results for various Landlord clients and third-party owners.  In 2018, Shannon was awarded as the prestigious “X-Team Rookie of the Year,” which recognizes the highest revenue grossing broker nationally with less than two years of industry experience.  In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, Shannon serves as President of Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL), participates as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and sits on the board of the Krannert Business School at Purdue University.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Shannon served as an Account Manager for The Dow Chemical Company, where she sold plastic to manufacturers across the United States and Canada.  Shannon is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Business Management, International Business, and Marketing. In her free time, Shannon thoroughly enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
