Phoebe Aaron

Phoebe Aaron, Associate, Investment Sales, began her career at Veritas Realty in the summer of 2024 shortly after graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Finance. Prior to joining Veritas, Phoebe interned at Birge & Held, a national private equity real estate investment firm, where she first developed an interest in commercial real estate.

Since joining Veritas, Phoebe has gained experience in every stage of the investment sales process, from valuing and marketing the property, to generating buyer interest, negotiating a deal, and getting it to the closing table. She now specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant retail assets nationwide, with a particular emphasis on the Midwest.

Phoebe has learned the value of networking and building lasting relationships through cold calling and her involvement with IndyREAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders), where she serves as an active board member.

Beyond her work at Veritas, Phoebe enjoys spending time with family and friends in Broad Ripple, playing pickleball, and attending concerts. A lifelong Hoosier fan, she tries to catch as many Indiana basketball and more recently, football, wins as she can.
