Paul Rogozinski

Paul Rogozinski, Vice President, specializes in retail leasing and sales with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. With decades of hands-on retail and brokerage experience, Paul brings a practical, operator-informed perspective to every transaction, allowing him to anticipate challenges and deliver successful solutions for his clients.

Paul joined Veritas Realty in 2005 following a 15-year career as a Subfranchisor for Blimpie Subs & Salads. In that role, he opened and oversaw 45 restaurant locations throughout Indiana and led all aspects of marketing, training, and operational management. His success in building and scaling retail locations earned him Blimpie’s National Subfranchisor of the Year award in 2001 and continues to inform his advisory approach with both retailers and property owners.

At Veritas, Paul represents a diverse roster of landlords and works closely with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurant operators. His client experience includes retailers such as Mega Furniture & Rugs, Lincoln Square Pancake House, Smoothie King, Wild Sports LLC, Flapjacks Restaurants, Affordable Pharmacy, and WOW Bargain Deals. He is widely respected for his ability to align site selection, lease structure, and long-term business strategy to create sustainable outcomes for his clients. Paul is known for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions for property owners and retailers alike. Paul’s expertise and performance has been recognized multiple times as a CoStar Power Broker Award for Retail Leasing Transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton, providing a strong financial and analytical foundation that enhances his deal-making and advisory capabilities.
