Daniel Hughes

Daniel Hughes, Associate, Investment Sales, graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in May 2026 with a degree in Marketing. While at IU, he developed a passion for commercial real estate through professional experience and his involvement in the Real Estate Club. He also enjoyed supporting Hoosier athletics, especially during Indiana Football’s memorable College Football Playoff run.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Daniel graduated from Cathedral High School, where he played wide receiver and was a member of two state championship football teams. Prior to joining Veritas Realty, he gained industry experience as a Market Rate Development Intern at TWG Development, working on multifamily underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and development projects. Through this experience, Daniel further developed his interest in commercial real estate and the relationship-driven nature of the business.

Daniel is excited to begin his career at Veritas Realty and learn from the firm’s experienced professionals while helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, watching sports, cheering on the Hoosiers, and spending time with family and friends.
