Camden Chadd, Leasing and Sales Associate, has been an integral member of the Veritas Realty team since joining in 2022. He brings expertise in the specialized realms of leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of retail assets across the state of Indiana. In his debut year, Camden facilitated over 30 lease and sale transactions, collectively valued at more than $10 million.
His portfolio showcases a knack for ground-up projects, value-add initiatives, project leasing and solidifying his relationships with both local and national property owners. Notable among these partners are Last Mile Investments, GMX Real Estate, Coastal Equities, Sam’s Club, and Kohl’s. Beyond his role in landlord representation, Camden collaborates closely with a diverse array of local, regional and national retailers along with restaurants and medical providers by assisting them in achieving their expansion and relocation goals. Camden’s clientele includes Domino’s, Subway, Edward Jones, Kiddie Academy, American Freight, WingStop, Hair Cuttery, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Dirty Dough, and many others.
Camden is a proud graduate of Wabash College, where he holds degrees in Business and History. Beyond excelling academically, Camden was also a member of the Wabash basketball team. He also found his entrepreneurial spirit, which led to the founding of an apparel company—an embodiment of his unwavering drive and work ethic. Camden actively participates in the broader real estate community as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ChainLinks Retail Advisors, and as a valued committee member of the Indy Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL).
