Allison Hawley

Allison Hawley, Vice President, has over 15 years of experience in retail real estate. She began her career at Marathon Oil Company, where she was responsible for site selection for Speedway gas stations and the disposition of excess properties throughout Indiana. This role ignited her passion for commercial real estate, prompting her to transition into brokerage, applying her site selection expertise to the broader retail commercial industry.

Allison later joined Cassidy Turley’s retail brokerage division. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping retailers and restaurants find ideal locations within their target markets. She is passionate about site selection and leverages her market knowledge, strong relationships, and negotiation skills to help clients create expansion plans tailored to their needs. She also specializes in the disposition of land, retail, and restaurant assets.

Allison has represented a wide range of clients, including Chick-fil-A, Arby’s, Wendy’s, Steak ‘n Shake, White Castle, Culver’s, Panera Bread, Harry & Izzy’s, Ricker Oil Company, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Goodwill, GE Capital, Blaze Pizza, Edible Arrangements, and many others.
A lifelong resident of Indiana, Allison graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, working out, cooking, and traveling.
