Jamison Downs, Joe Downs and Kyle Hughes of Veritas Realty represented the buyer of 0.78 acre outot at 3510 North Portage Rd, South Bend, IN. Jamison Downsy represented the developer in a new construction lease with ATI Physical Therapy for 3,013 SF. The new construction building, South Bend Shoppes, has 2,000 SF remaining available on a prime end cap. Construction is scheduled to be complete before the end of 2018.
