Amy Tharp and Andrew Demaree of Veritas Realty represented ALRIG USA in the acquisition of 1.5 acres at 9769 E US Hwy 36, Avon, IN. Amy and Andrew also represented the developer in leases with Smoothie King for 1,750 SF and Denny’s for 4,500 SF. Construction is scheduled to be complete in Spring of 2019.
