Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented the developer in new construction leases with Starbucks (2,389 SF), Great Clips (1,225 SF), ATI Physical Therapy (2,450 SF), and AT&T (1,680 SF). The new construction building, Terre Haute Shoppes, is now fully occupied! Construction is scheduled to be complete by early Summer 2019.
