Amy Tharp and Andrew Demaree of Veritas Realty represented the developer in new construction leases with Moe’s Southwest Grill for 2,800 SF, Sauce On The Side for 3,500 SF, and ETF Fitness for 3,150 SF. The new construction retail center is located at 1424 W Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN. Construction is scheduled to be complete by summer of 2019.
