Jamison Downs and Kyle Hughes of Veritas Realty represented the buyer / developer of 1.29 acres at 1763 Lincolnway East, Goshen, IN 46526. Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented the developer in new construction leases with Starbucks (2,208 SF) and ATI Physical Therapy (2,720 SF). The new construction building, Goshen Shoppes, is now fully occupied! Tenants are scheduled to open in February 2020.
