In 2018, Veritas Realty completed $153,487,381 worth of lease and sale transactions, including 134 new lease transactions equal to 1,003,935 square feet (not including renewals). In addition, Veritas completed 26 sale transactions of outlots, large retail land parcels, and income producing single tenant retail buildings and shopping centers.
