In 2017, Veritas Realty completed $112,399,339 worth of lease and sale transactions, including 140 new lease transactions equal to 642,981 square feet (not including renewals). In addition, Veritas completed 23 sale transactions outlots, free standing buildings, large retail land parcels, and income producing shopping centers.
