Jamison Downs, Joe Downs and Kyle Hughes of Veritas Realty represented the developer in new construction leases with Starbucks for 2,203 SF and The Cellular Connection (Verizon) for 1,867 SF. The 6,470 SF shopping center has 1,200 – 2,400 SF available in addition to an available 1 acre outlot. The project is scheduled to commence construction in July 2018 with tenants opening early in 2019.
