Investment Sales Associate Broker

We are currently seeking an Investments Sales Associate Broker to join our Investment Sales & Capital Markets team in Indianapolis, IN

The Associate will work in a transaction-oriented role, with an emphasis on business development, sales execution, marketing, transaction management, sales support, and financial analysis. The Associate will partner with our Investment Sales team on retail and medical real estate investment sales transactions and work closely with our Veritas Realty’s development and brokerage team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and assist in the development and execution of individualized real estate investment strategies for current Clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with future Clients and industry professionals through cold calls, meetings, and collaboration.
  • Market and pitch exclusive property listings to qualified Buyers.
  • Construct effective and accurate marketing materials for current listings.
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables and valuation models.
  • Track and analyze current market, tenant, and industry trends.
  • Prepare offers, broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparable reports.
  • Analyze, review, and interpret real estate documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, loan documents, operating statements, leases, and other due diligence material.
  • Track deadlines and assist clients in the overall disposition or acquisition process.
  • Work as part of a team to further develop the Veritas Realty platform.
  • Learn and become an expert in the commercial real estate industry.


  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, ambitious, persistent, and inspired to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding and passion to learn commercial real estate and financial analysis.
  • Real estate salesperson or broker license will be required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel valuations, financial analysis, lease abstracting, and market research.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
  • Capacity to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.
