Craig Ramsay, Senior Leasing and Sales Associate, brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience to Veritas Realty. During his real estate career, Craig has completed more than $100,000,000 in commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. Wayne O’Hara, Senior Leasing and Sales Associate, brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Veritas Realty. He specializes in retailer tenant representation and landlord leasing and sales. Wayne represents a variety of local and national retailers including Hobby Lobby, Papa Murphy’s, and Family Dollar. Prior to joining Veritas Realty in 2015, Wayne worked in retail brokerage for Lauth Property Group and Sitehawk Retail. Wayne proudly served as a United States Marine Corp, and he attended Butler University and Broad Ripple High School. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Veritas Realty Acquires Broad Ripple Property for New Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN
Veritas Realty recently acquired a 6,400 SF building at 6440 Westfield Blvd that will be completely renovated and serve as their new headquarters on the north-side of Indianapolis, IN. This sought-after property is ideally situated in the highly desirable Broad Ripple area, located on 0.84 acres with ample parking and significant frontage on the Monon Trail. In anticipation of continued growth in Veritas’ business, Managing Principal William T.
