Kyle T. Hughes, CCIM, Managing Principal, is the Managing Broker of Veritas Realty and specializes in retail tenant representation, landlord leasing, and the brokerage of commercial net-leased investment real estate. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Veritas Realty is a full-service commercial real estate company focused on retail, restaurant, medical and entertainment real estate, along with providing net-leased investment sale services for property owners, retail investors, and developers.

Kyle has been consistently recognized for his outstanding service to his clients, having been awarded “Broker of the Year” by Starbucks Coffee, selected as “CoStar Power Broker” for retail transactional production numerous times, and recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a “Forty Under 40” recipient for his accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry.  Furthermore, Kyle has exclusively represented Starbucks Coffee in over 150 retail lease transactions, and he has successfully completed more than $1.0 billion in sale and lease transactions throughout his commercial real estate career.  His experience encompasses many facets of leasing, site selection, retail development, land assemblage, finance, contract negotiation, sale-leaseback structures, and land sales on behalf of various Landlords and Tenants.  Additionally, Kyle’s extensive market knowledge allows him to effectively conduct site selection searches and “market entry” strategies for national retailers, and he has successfully negotiated build-to-suit, lease, and sale transactions for a multitude of retail users and developers throughout the Midwest. Kyle represents many national retailers and restaurants including Starbucks Coffee, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, Total Wine & More, Tesla Motors, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market. Kyle holds the prestigious designation of being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), was selected for “Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders”, and is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
