Kailee Rockers

Kailee Rockers, Leasing and Sales Associate, graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in May 2025 with degrees in Marketing and Professional Sales and a minor in Creative Advertising. During her time at IU, she was actively involved in her sorority, Kelley student organizations, and the Retail Workshop. She was even lucky enough to experience Coach Cignetti’s first football season in Bloomington – Go Hoosiers!

Although she wasn’t born in Indiana, you’d never know it – she proudly embraces Hoosier culture and considers Indiana home. Kailee initially found her love for marketing and sales in her high school yearbook class at Zionsville Community Schools where she served as Editor-in-Chief her senior year. Having moved a handful of times throughout her childhood, Kailee chose to put down roots in Indiana, where she has lived for the past decade. She is also a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, thanks to family ties in the Kansas City area, with the Indianapolis Colts coming in a close second.

Kailee began her career on the Veritas marketing team, where she combined her passion for market research and creativity while building a strong foundation in Indiana’s commercial real estate market. Her interest in brokerage quickly grew, leading her to earn her Indiana real estate license and transition to the leasing and sales team after her first year with Veritas. Today, she brings a relationship-first approach, analytical thinking, and a creative problem-solving mindset to help retailers and property owners achieve their commercial real estate goals across the state.

Kailee is an active board member of Indy REAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders) where she helps bring professionals across the industry together for networking, learning, and collaboration. Outside the office, you’ll likely find Kailee exploring Indy’s newest restaurants, taking hot pilates classes, walking her family’s goldendoodle, or planning her next trip to visit friends.
