Amy Tharp and Jamison Downs of Veritas Realty represented the Landlord in a lease with PNC Bank for 3,000 SF within Speedway Marketplace Shoppes II located on Crawfordsville Road, Indianapolis, IN. The new construction center is now fully occupied with AT&T, ATI Physical Therapy and PNC Bank with tenants scheduled to open in July of 2018.
