We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

The Director of Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of Veritas Realty’s marketing strategies, manage our
Marketing Department, and provide support to our commercial brokers, including, but not limited to, preparation of marketing
brochures for listings; preparation of maps & aerials; edits to site plans; updating content, photos & listings on our website; working
with various demographic & mapping software; working with administrative team to prepare brokers’ site tour packages; issue
company press releases; and researching and assisting with business development for potential listings and property management
accounts. The Director of Marketing will partner closely with the Veritas Realty brokers, administrative and executive team.

Responsibilities

Digital marketing

• Oversee company website (working with our outsourced website designer when appropriate)
• Work with brokers and administrative team to oversee the importing and management of contact databases
• Oversee in keeping our email distribution lists properly segmented and up-to-date
• Monitor all best practices for email distribution for property listings
• Update company website with new listings, bios, news, property photos, etc
• Update property listing websites (CoStar, Loopnet, etc) with new & current listings
• Maintain social media accounts (LinkedIn & Facebook) with company news and featured listings

Marketing / broker support – general

• Create marketing flyers for property listings (based on templates) and site presentation packages for tenant clients
• Create maps for tenant clients and aerials for sites & trade areas by using company’s preferred mapping software (Regis Maps)
• Work with brokers & administrative team to oversee the preparation of presentations & tour books (hard copies & electronic) for new business development
• Submit broker transactions on monthly basis to ChainLinks Retail Advisors, Veritas “News” webpage, social media accounts (LinkedIn and Facebook), and Indianapolis Business Journal
• Oversee ICSC membership dues for executives
• Oversee CoStar & Loopnet company accounts
• Involvement with the Marketing Council of our national brokerage network (https://chainlinks.com/)
• Development and management of Marketing Department’s annual budget (working alongside our CFO)

Branding

• Business development opportunities to attract new tenant, landlord and property management accounts
• Ensure all communications, brochures, materials, stationery and presentations enhance the company brand
• Manage brokerage & property management signage (work closing with Veritas’ sign vendor(s))

Communications/ PR / events

• Assist in event planning and broker preparations for conferences
• Attend ICSC Las Vegas and other ICSC and ChainLinks Retail Advisors conferences (typically 1 or 2 annually)
• Work from press release template, draft all transaction press releases and deploy
• Strategize and implement ideas with executives and administrative team for enhancing overall office environment (ie company outings, holiday parties, birthday lunches, etc)

Qualifications

• Strong work-ethic, ambitious, persistent, and inspired to succeed
• Creative (“outside-the-box”) thinker with confidence to bring ideas to Veritas Realty executives
• Detailed-oriented and candidate must possess exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team (must be a “self-starter, as well as a “team player”)
• Capacity to multi-task and work successfully under pressure, while effectively managing one’s time and workload
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years real estate marketing (and preferably, mapping / aerials) experience
• Knowledge and passion of commercial real estate industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Software (Illustrator & InDesign), Photoshop, and Google Maps / Google Earth
• Knowledge of Regis Maps / SITES USA, Environics (Claritas / SITE REPORTS), CoStar, Loopnet, Constant Contact
• Knowledge of creating and disbursing marketing brochures and collateral material
