Veritas Realty's brokerage team are industry verterans, whose backgrounds include in-depth experience as landlord, tenant and investor representatives.  With a professional and results oriented approach to their indiviual disciplines, the Veritas brokerage team specializes in retail and office leasing and sales for tenants, building owners, buyers and sellers.

 

Daniel C. (Danny) Marr, Principal Broker of Veritas Realty, began his commercial real estate career in 1984 with Phillip R. Duke & Associates, now Duke Realty Corp. During his six-year tenure at Duke, Danny directed downtown Indianapolis office leasing and helped coordinate suburban office leasing for the firm. Danny was named "Salesman of the Year" for Duke in 1986.


In 1990, Danny co-founded Olympia Partners, Ltd., now NAI Olympia Partners. As Principal Broker and President, then Chairman of Olympia, Danny directed the fast-paced growth of the company, while assisting his clients with their leasing and investment sales requirements. Danny’s considerable brokerage activity at Olympia included client representation for office leasing and sales, and retail shopping center investments. In 2001, Danny co-founded Veritas Realty, LLC. where he oversees Veritas Realty’s leasing and sales staff-Patricia Tesluk, CCIM, Kyle T. Hughes, CCIM, Paul Rogozinski and Robert Marr.
 
Patricia Tesluk, CCIM, CPM, Vice President Corporate Retail Services, is a graduate of Columbia University and has been active in commercial real estate since 1992. Patricia specializes in turning around troubled assets. Her vertically integrated skills provide an excellent platform to deliver results. Her client roster includes Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Boston and Manulife Financial. Patricia’s total involvement in the trilogy of services: management, marketing and disposition have produced outstanding results. Her triple skill set produces successful solutions. Patricia is a licensed real estate broker in four states and produces strategic visions for projects ranging in size from 160,000 to 750,000 square feet. Patricia directs the Corporate Retail Services division of Veritas Realty.

Kyle T. Hughes, CCIM, Vice President Retail Leasing and Sales, joined Veritas Realty in 2002, and he currently serves as Vice President of Retail Leasing and Sales.  Kyle’s focus is on retail tenant representation.  He has effectively conducted regional site selection searches and successfully negotiated build-to-suit, lease and sale transactions for retail users throughout the Midwest.   Currently, Kyle serves as the exclusive tenant representative for Starbucks Coffee throughout the State of Indiana, and he has been designated as the exclusive broker for Cardinal Fitness (Chindianapolis, LLC) and Ideal Fitness (Hart Circle, LLC) in their quest for retail sites throughout the Midwestern states of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Robert Marr, Office Leasing and Sales Specialist, has been specializing in office leasing and sales since 1992.  Robert joined Veritas Realty in 2005 after several years of successful office leasing and sales experience at NAI Olympia Partners.
 
Danny, Patricia and Kyle, are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Kyle is a November 2003 graduate of the CCIM Institute and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Patricia holds the CCIM designation and served as President of the CCIM Indiana Chapter during 2001.  Robert is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR).
